Alan Kestenbaum, Executive Chairman
- Over 20 years' experience in metals trading, distribution, finance and manufacturing
- Founded leading international metals trader, Marco International, in 1985 and led its expansion into China and former Soviet Union.
- Managed a series of successful metals private equity transactions
- Began his career in metals with Glencore and Philip Brothers in New York
Jeff Bradley, Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer
- Over 25 years experience in the metals industry.
- Former CEO of Claymont Steel, the country's leading custom steel plate producer. Led a successful IPO & three bond transactions, rebuilt the executive and senior level management teams. Spearheaded one of the largest capital investment programs in the company’s history.
- Over 20 year career at Worthington Industries, a $3 billion diversified metal processing company. Held numerous key roles in sales, investor relations, General Management and business development.

Malcolm Appelbaum, Chief Financial Officer
- President from 2000 until September 2008 of Appletree Advisors, Inc., a financial consulting and advisory firm he founded to serve the portfolio companies of private equity firms and senior and mezzanine lenders.
- Served as Interim-Chief Financial Officer for several underperforming companies and assisted others as an outside consultant while at Appletree Advisors.
- Principal between 1992 and 2000 at Wand Partners Inc., a private equity investor. Was the financial officer responsible for the firm and worked extensively with portfolio companies and developed an investment practice closing several platform and add-on acquisitions.
- Worked as an associate at M&T Bank, a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs and a senior consultant and senior accountant at Deloitte and Touche.

Franklin Lavin - Director and Audit Committee Member
- Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer since July 2007 of Cushman & Wakefield Investors Asia where he is responsible for building the firm’s private equity business in Asia.
- Served as Under Secretary for International Trade at the United States Department of Commerce between November 2005 and July 2007.
- From 2001 to 2005 was the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Singapore.
- From 1996 to 2001 worked in Hong Kong and Singapore in senior banking and management positions at Citibank and Bank of America.
- Served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Asia and the Pacific during the George H.W. Bush Administration.

- From 1983 to 1998 was an executive at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation holding numerous senior management positions including divisional president and plant general manager.
- From 1970 to 1983 was a manager with Bethlehem Steel Corporation and Kaiser Steel Corporation.
- Has served on numerous boards including Trinity Medical Center, The Steel Alliance, and the Iron and Steel Society.
- Currently serving as Vice Chairman to the Commerce Department Industry Sector Advisory Committee.
